Please mark your calendars because we are hosting a free construction open house on February 15th from 11 am to 2 pm at our new stand-alone condo development, The Preserve. The Preserve location is just ¼ mile West of the 20th Ave YMCA (next to Westbrooke Manor Assisted Living). There will be four neighboring condos open for touring, all in different phases of construction. We enjoy offering the construction open houses because it allows you to visualize day-to-day life in the home while seeing the details that go into making our homes so efficient and comfortable. Don’t worry about the cold weather, because three of the four condos will be heated. Stop by and lunch is on us. We'll be serving up hot dogs, brats, and soda!

The Preserve features more than four available floor plans, each with multiple styles so that no two condos will look the same. For this open house, the Flora, Aster, and Willow floor plans will be available for you to walk through and get a good feel for the flow and layout. As of today, all three of these condos are For Sale with an April completion date. Floor plans are all two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and offer unique designs and elements that you’re sure to fall in love with. All the designs include flush entry and numerous pre-priced upgrade options, which make customizing the home easier as ever.
